I took this on a snow day. It was dark and I wanted a picture of one of those classic red christmas balls. I dropped it next to a landscape light and threw some snow on it. In photoshop I painted away the color on the snow to make it really white instead of the orange glow of the streetlights.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I love christmas and snow. The white snow makes it look very nice.
The top right corner has a shadow in it. If I were you I probably would have blended it in to make it a background. But thats just me.
